Subscription Terms

Tune is free to download. Tune Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks every feature. These terms add to our Terms of Use.

Plans and billing

• Plans, prices, and billing periods are shown in the app before you subscribe and may vary by country.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• If a free trial or introductory price is offered, its length and price are shown before you start.

Automatic renewal

• Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If we change the price, Apple notifies you in advance as required, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime in your iPhone’s Settings under your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. You keep Tune Plus until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription. Step-by-step help is on Manage subscription.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. This does not affect any rights you have under local law.

Restoring purchases

If you reinstall Tune or use a new device, sign in with the same account and tap Restore Purchases on the membership screen.
